Patient Portal
NextMD and MedFusion are secure, password protected patient portal services. They allow you to view your records and to contact our office about non-urgent questions through a secure web portal at your convenience.
New Account Signup
You must have a valid email address on file with us to enroll in the portal. If you would like to enroll, simply call our office, verify your email address and we will give you a temporary user name and password. When you receive an email indicating your enrollment is complete, you can follow the link in the email, sign in with the temporary credentials, reset your user name and password.
MedFusion Existing Account
To view your records, go to the HEALTH RECORD section. If you are missing health records, click the blue link in the upper right hand corner that states “Missing health record information? Request updated records”. From there you can request your complete records or records in a specific date range. Once requested, you will receive your health record in the patient portal within 48 hours. An email will alert you when your record is received or if we have sent you a message through the portal.
